Membership Policy
The Michigan Emergency Training Institute (“METI”) provides tutoring services for EMT and Paramedic students preparing for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) examinations. By becoming a METI Member, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Services
METI offers tutoring and educational resources tailored to assist students in preparing for EMT and Paramedic certification exams. Membership benefits may include:

One-on-one and group tutoring sessions

Access to study materials, quizzes, and practice exams

Guidance on test-taking strategies and subject comprehension
Member Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that METI’s tutoring services align with your individual educational needs.

METI does not guarantee a passing score on any certification exam. Success is dependent on the Member’s effort and study habits.

You must maintain academic integrity and not engage in cheating, sharing restricted test content, or violating NREMT policies.

METI’s tutoring services are supplemental and do not replace formal EMT or Paramedic education programs.

METI is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NREMT, any state licensing body, or national accreditation organization.

METI does not issue certifications or continuing education credits.

Fees and Cancellation Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy.

Cancellations or rescheduling of tutoring sessions must be made in accordance with METI’s scheduling policies in the Tutor Bird website.

Use of Materials

All study guides, practice exams, and resources provided by METI are for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of materials is prohibited.

Modification of Terms
METI reserves the right to update or modify this Membership Policy at any time. Continued use of METI’s services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
