AHA courses are subject to the policies and procedures set forth by the American Heart Association, and METI makes no guarantees regarding certification approval or acceptance by third parties. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
