Access to the Website
METI provides online/in-person educational services, including but not limited to EMT and paramedic continuing education training courses. You are responsible for providing all necessary equipment and internet access required to use the website.

 

Commercial use of the website or its content without authorization is strictly prohibited.

 

Eligibility
The website is intended for individuals 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may only use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the website, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

METI offers American Heart Association (AHA) courses as part of its training services. However, METI operates as an independent training provider and has no legal affiliation, ownership, or governance over the AHA, its curriculum, or certification processes. AHA courses are subject to the policies and procedures set forth by the American Heart Association, and METI makes no guarantees regarding certification approval or acceptance by third parties. Any disputes or concerns related to AHA course content, certification, or policies should be directed to the AHA.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

Severability
